Ive been in the Health & Wellness field since 98 I started my career in Brandon,Fl as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional & Supplement advice Counselor, Mindset & Motivational Mentor.

In 2003 I became a State certified LMT, Sports Massage Therapist & Graduated w/my Associates Degree in Natural Health @ Florida College of Natural Health in Sarasota, Fl.

Along my journey I took an interest in learning more and delving deeper into energy work & spiritual alignment and became a Holy Fire Reiki Master in 2016.

Its my Passion as well as my God given purpose to help educate, motivate & inspire individuals to take an all natural approach to their health care needs, balancing their minds, bodies & spirits through therapeutic touch! [Less]
